2. – Refund – Satisfaction: If you have changed your mind regarding the regular purchase of a non-discounted Fortuna Draws Product, Fortuna Draws can refund the price you paid for the Product within 30 days if you have not downloaded any files for the Product to your device, as determined in Fortuna Draws’ sole discretion. Fortuna Draws reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund according to this Section on events/discounts and special offers.
3. – Refund – Lifetime Access and Yearly Subscription: Concerning these products, payment can be refunded within 30 days if you have not downloaded any files for the Product to your device. Additionally, should you request and receive a refund, the contact between you and Fortuna Draws is rendered void and you will not receive any future files from the purchase.
4. – Refund – Duplicate Purchases: If you have purchased an individual product which you have already licensed from Fortuna Draws, whether as an individual product or as part of a bundle, Fortuna Draws can refund the price you paid most recently for the Product within thirty (30) days of purchase. Fortuna Draws reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund according to this Section if an individual product was purchased first, and is subsequently included in a bundle, event, or special offer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
